Build simple landing pages
Give a small business one useful page to introduce what they do.
Find your starting point
A free-tool route means you can make the sample with free software or files on your own computer. You still need a device, an internet connection, time and some learning. Licensed music, stock photos or live hosting can add costs later.
For editing, start with one recording you made and a free editor that runs on your laptop. For social posts, use your own words and simple shapes instead of premium assets. For a one-page website, an HTML/CSS file you open in your browser lets you learn without paying for hosting.
Before accepting paid work, check the current limits and rights for each tool you use, such as whether free exports carry a watermark. Agree any subscription, stock licence or domain cost with the buyer in advance, and leave it out if the job does not need it.
Try one complete starter task. If the work turns out to be a poor fit, you found that out for free, and you can try another method the same way.
